Terms and conditions training

1. Scheduling of Training Courses:
   The date of the training course shall be scheduled in mutual consultation between VMV and the Customer.
2. Changes by VMV:
   VMV reserves the right to reschedule training dates in consultation with the Customer if forced to do so due to organizational reasons or force majeure (such as illness of the trainer). In such cases, VMV shall never be liable for any compensation or damages.
3. Definitieve Confirmation:
   A training date is only definitive once it has been confirmed by VMV in writing or by email and the corresponding invoice has been issued.
4. Participants:
   The exact number of participants must be provided by the Customer in advance for pricing purposes. If additional participants join without prior notice, VMV is entitled to charge the extra costs based on subsequent calculation (nacalculatie).
5. VAT:
   All stated prices for training courses are exclusive of VAT (btw).
6. Included Costs:
   Prices for the training course include preparation time.
7. Training Material:
   Prices include the required training materials (if applicable).
8. Travel Expenses:
   Prices include travel expenses, unless agreed otherwise in writing in advance.
9. Rescheduling a Training Course:
   A training course can be rescheduled once free of charge in consultation with VMV, provided that this is requested in writing at least 48 hours prior to commencement. Following a cancellation, a new training date must be scheduled within three (3) months, failing which the training course will definitively lapse without any right to a refund.
10. Cancellation up to 1 Week:
    The Customer can cancel the training course completely free of charge up to one (1) week prior to the scheduled start.
11. Cancellation within 1 Week:
    In the event of a full cancellation within one week up to 24 hours prior to the start of the training course, 25% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
12. Cancellation within 24 Hours / No-show:
    In the event of cancellation within 24 hours prior to commencement, or if the Customer or their participants fail to appear at the training (no-show), no refund will be issued and the full payment obligation (100%) remains.
13. Advance Payment:
    The training course will only be provided if the invoice has been paid in full prior to the training. If payment is not received in time, VMV is entitled to suspend the training, whereby the cancellation conditions in this article remain fully applicable.
14. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers):
    If the Customer is a Consumer (a natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business), they are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. If the training course starts within these 14 days with the explicit consent of the Consumer, the Consumer declares to waive their right of withdrawal as soon as the execution of the training has commenced.
