Premium support
VMV offers Premium support for SketchUp users.
Standard support
When you purchase a new SketchUp subscription or renewal, technical support is included as standard. This means that after payment we will order the license as soon as possible and deliver it to you by email. We will also support you if there are problems with your license.
Besides the delivery of the license, we also provide you with an online installation manual in both Dutch and English and access to the page of frequently asked questions (FAQ) to help you out in case of problems.
With Standard Support you receive:
- Support through online manual
- Support by means of online FAQ on our page
- Telephone support in case of license issues
Premium Support
We are known for our knowledge and quality. For questions about the software we can be reached by mail and phone during office hours. By phone you will always speak to a VMV employee.
With our knowledge and years of experience, we know how to react immediately and find a solution to your problem. For problems that cannot be solved directly by phone we can assist you with Teamviewer or we can ask you to send it to us in an email.
For those who want more than just the standard support and want to make use of our knowledge, we offer the Premium support subscription.
What do I get?
With Premium support you receive in addition to Standard support:
- Support* with installation and activation of the SketchUp software.
- Support* with setting up your Trimble account
- Help and support with SketchUp drawings that give problems.
*) by phone and/or support with Teamviewer (remote assistance). For support with Teamviewer, an appointment will be scheduled.
The Premium support subscription is linked to your SketchUp license and has the same duration. For substantive questions about SketchUp, please refer to our training courses.
Ordering
The Premium support subscription can be added to the order with a SketchUp subscription. If you already have a SketchUp subscription and would like to add Premium support, please contact us.
