"We are experiencing technical difficulties"

Report:

This is due to the problem that SketchUp cannot connect to the SketchUp license server at the time of the license check.

Solution:

  • In the screen (as above), click on the user icon in the upper right and then click on “Sign Out”
  • In the next screen, click “Sign In” and enter your information.

After this the problem will be solved
