Passkey
In addition to the standard login method with an email address and password, it is possible to set up a passkey. This allows you to log in with a biometric sensor such as facial recognition or a fingerprint, PIN code or pattern without having to remember and enter an account and password.
A passkey can be set up as a login, but also as MFA (multi factor) security.
Where can I find my passkey?
We are currently receiving many questions from you asking “where can I find my passkey”. Whether consciously or unconsciously, you have set this security yourself and therefore we unfortunately cannot provide this information. It is up to you to enter the correct passkey that has been set on the PC.
