Today, you can secure your Trimble account with a two-stage security feature. At the time you log in to your Trimble account, Trimble suggests setting this security. This security does not need to be used or set and can be skipped.

Many customers set this up and usually do so unknowingly, forgetting what they chose. In most cases, customers associate the security with a phone number or email address. It is also possible to link to a Verification App such as:

1. Google Authenticator
2. Microsoft AuthenticatorTwilio Authy
3. Duo Mobile
4. Lastpass Authenticator
5. andOTP

So once Trimble asks you to enter your authentication code from the app, you need to open one of the above apps on your phone to retrieve and enter the code.

If you can no longer figure out which security you chose, you can have it reset. Please note, this may take several days. To reset this security please contact us.
