If the above does not solve the “Auth token” problem, you can do the following:
- Shut down SketchUp completely by “Quit SketchUp”
- Open the Finder
- In the drop-down menu, go to “Go” and select “Go to folder”.
- In the search box, type “~/library”.
- Open the Application Support folder
- Open the folder SketchUp20xx
- Delete the file “login_session.dat”
- Restart SketchUp and click “Sign in” to log in again.
